The candidate must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply for a Personalized Employment Pass:
For professionals already working in Singapore on Employment Pass - a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 12,000 per month.
For foreign professionals working outside of Singapore, a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 18,000 per month for at least 6 months at the time of application.
Good business reputation (no criminal cases and convictions, no bankruptcy records and "black marks" in international information databases).
Recognized expertise in an applicant's field of specialization - awards, interviews, and publications in relevant media - are not required, but greatly increase the chances of obtaining a work visa.
A resume of the last 10 years of employment, indicating the employer's company, position, monthly salary, country, and length of employment at each location
Copy of current and past employment contracts (if applicable)
Copies of all diplomas and certificates of education received by the applicant
Applicant's most recent tax return
The applicant's pay slips for the last 3 months
Bank statements for the last 3 months
Media mentions (if applicable)
Data on children (if there are children)
Data on the spouse's work experience
Educational background of spouse
Marriage certificate (if the applicant is married)
Each application is reviewed individually by the Department of Labor based on a wide range of factors, such as the candidate's salary, work experience, business reputation, recognized industry expertise, and the ratings of the schools the candidate has graduated from.
The issuance of a personalized work visa in Singapore may take from three weeks to several months.
Who is not entitled to receive:
We are currently at 100% issuance of work visas in Singapore. Notwithstanding this, please be advised that the Singapore Ministry of Labor reserves the final right to refuse the issuance of a work visa without giving a reason.

Yes. The Personalized Employment Pass holder may also sponsor dependent visas for his/her family members: spouses, unmarried natural and stepchildren under 21, unmarried disabled children over 21, unmarried children, and parents of the Employment Pass holder. Dependent visas are linked to the Personalized Employment Pass holder and entitle the holder to reside in Singapore.

Letter of Consent (LOC) is an official work permit from the Singapore Ministry of Labor for Dependant Pass holders who are owners of a business registered in Singapore, and LTVP/LTVP+ who are spouses or unmarried children of Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
Employment Pass (EP) - is a Singapore work visa intended for highly qualified foreign professionals and executives working in Singapore with appropriate qualifications and a salary of at least SGD 4,500 (~3,355 USD) per month for all companies and at least SGD 5,000 (~3,650 USD) for the financial sector.
