Who is eligible to receive:
Spouse of a Singapore citizen with a valid LTVP/ LTVP+.
Unmarried child under the age of 21 of a Singapore citizen or PR with a valid LTVP.
What is required to obtain a Letter of Consent:
Your LTVP/LTVP+ must be valid for at least 3 months as of the date of application
You must have a job offer from a Singapore employer
The proposed work should not be in questionable activities (hostesses, dancers/dancers in a nightclub, etc.).
From May 1, 2021 all Dependant's Pass holders require a work pass (S Pass, Employment Pass) instead of a valid work permit (LOC).
To be eligible to apply for a LOC, you must meet the following requirements:

Your DP must be valid for at least 3 months as of the date of application.

The LOC is valid until one of the following:
- The expiration date specified by the employer in the LOC application.
- The expiration date of your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP or LTVP+).
Initial Issuance:
- One year from the date of issuance, or
- Until the expiration date of the Dependant Pass (DP), whichever comes first.
