A detailed CV with academic qualifications, professional experience and achievements. For science sector candidates, letters from research institutions are also required.*

Earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency under an established company that is based in Singapore or overseal for the last 12 consecutive months. For an overseas candidate, you must also show that you have been working for an established company overseas for at least 1 year**

The company must have a market capitalization or valuation of at least $500 million or annual revenue of at least $200 million. Combined amounts from the entire global office may also be considered and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Disadvantages of Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass:
High salary requirements. The candidate must have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 (or its foreign currency equivalent) for the last 1 year or have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 from their prospective employer in Singapore.
Overseas candidates must show that they have been working for an established company overseas for at least 1 year. For a company to be considered established, it must have at least one of the following: Market capitalisation or valuation of at least US$500 million, Annual revenue of at least US$200 million.
