Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONEPass)- personalized work visa designed for talent from any sector who earns a monthly salary of S$30,000 and above, or have "outstanding achievements" in the areas of science and technology, arts and culture, research and academia, or sports.

The company must have a market capitalization or valuation of at least $500 million or annual revenue of at least $200 million. Combined amounts from the entire global office may also be considered and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Disadvantages of Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass:
High salary requirements. The candidate must have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 (or its foreign currency equivalent) for the last 1 year or have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 from their prospective employer in Singapore.
Overseas candidates must show that they have been working for an established company overseas for at least 1 year. For a company to be considered established, it must have at least one of the following: Market capitalisation or valuation of at least US$500 million, Annual revenue of at least US$200 million.
Candidates must earn a salary of at least S$30,000 per month for 5 years for Pass Renewal
Company owners are required to employ a minimum of five locals (Singapore Citizen or PR). Who earn a minimum salary of S$5,000 per month (or the amount that is the EP's minimum qualifying salary at that time) for Pass Renewal.
Annual MOM monitoring with requests for detailed information on professional activities and salary
The ONE Pass may be cancelled if MOM determines that you are not making a meaningful contribution to the economy
Each application is reviewed by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore on an individual basis, based on a wide range of factors, such as the candidate's salary, work experience, business reputation, recognized industry expertise, and the ratings of the educational institutions the candidate graduated from.
